Ly-6G Antibody Impacts on Wild-type Mice

Wild‐type mice were injected (i.p.) with 500 µg of either 1A8 monoclonal antibody (anti‐mLy‐6G; Bioxcell, West Lebanon, NH, USA) or 2A3 isotype control (rat IgG2a; Bioxcell) three times per week for 10 weeks, with concurrent OH‐BBN administration in drinking water.
