Antihuman pd l1 neutralizing antibody

Manufactured by BioLegend

The Antihuman PD-L1 neutralizing antibody is a monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to and neutralizes the programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) protein. PD-L1 is a key regulator of the immune response and its inhibition can enhance T-cell activation and anti-tumor immunity.

Autologous T Cell Activation and Proliferation

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Autologous T cells were labeled with 5 µM carboxyfluorescein succinimidyl ester (CFSE, Selleck Chemicals) for 25 min at 4°C and preactivated with plate-bound 2 µg/mL anti-CD3 (Thermo Fisher) at 37°C, 5% CO2 for 16–18 hours. Three days after activation, the T cells were incubated with the macrophages for 2 days at a T cell:macrophage ratio of 5:1. The proliferation of T cells was measured by CFSE staining and flow cytometry. In some experiments, 5 mg/mL antihuman PD-L1 neutralizing antibody (Biolegend), 5 mg/mL isotype control antibody (Biolegend) or 4 mg/mL 1-MT (Selleck Chemicals) was added in the coculture.

Modulating NK Cell Proliferation

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Autologous NK cells labeled with CTDR were cultured alone or co-cultured with macrophages with indicated treatments (2:1) in complete media (RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% FBS) and stimulated with 100U/ml IL-2 and 50U/mL PeproTech) for 4 days. Afterward, the proliferation rate was evaluated by flow cytometry for Ki-67 staining (Cat# 350503, Biolegend) . In some experiments, 5 mg/ml anti-human PD-L1 neutralizing antibody (Cat# 329709, Biolegend), 5 mg/ml mouse IgG2b control (Cat# 400301, Biolegend) or 4 mg/ml 1-Methyl-D-tryptophan (1-MT, Cat# 452483, Sigma) was added in the co-culture.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
