CNE1-LMP1 cells were treated with 10 Gy irradiation and then cultured and fixed in ice-cold methanol for 10 min. To identify the presence of γ-H2Ax protein, cells were incubated with an anti-γ-H2Ax antibody (2212-1, Epitomics), followed by incubation with Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated anti-IgG (A-11008, Invitrogen). To visualize the nuclei, the cells were stained with DAPI. Fluorescent images were observed and analyzed with a laser scanning confocal microscope (Leica, TCS-SP5).
