Following extraction of total protein and sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), samples were transferred onto polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membranes (Bio-Rad, USA). After washing by TBST (Tris-Buffered Saline with Tween 20) solution, membranes were incubated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG antibodies (Univ-bio, China) at room temperature for 2 h. Subsequently, samples were visualized by electrochemiluminescence (ECL) solution (Millipore, USA).

Adherent cells migrated from C6 clonal spheres and were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 15 min at RT. The fixed cells were incubated at 4°C overnight with primary antibodies, including rabbit anti-γ-H2AX (1:2,000; cat. no. ab11174; Abcam), rabbit anti-Wnt1 (1:3,000; cat. no. ab15151; Abcam), rabbit anti-Wnt3a (1:2,000; cat. no. ab28472; Abcam) and rabbit anti-β-catenin (1:5,000; cat. no.
