Regorafenib was obtained from Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Whippany, NJ). Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium (DMEM), penicillin/streptomycin and trypsin 0.25% were purchased from Corning Life Sciences (Tewksbury, MA). Fetal bovine serum (FBS) and bovine calf serum were purchased from Hyclone, GE Healthcare Life Science (Pittsburgh, PA).
