Strep-Tag II mAb was purchased from Merck (Billerica, Massachusetts, USA). (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-5-(3-carboxy-methoxyphenyl)-2-(4-sulfophenyl)-2H-tetrazolium inner salt) (MTS) reagent for cell proliferation assay was purchased from Promega (Madison, Wisconsin, USA). Annexin V-conjugated Alexa Fluor 488 (Alexa488) Apoptosis Detection Kit was purchased from BD Pharmingen (San Diego, California, USA).
