Mouse PD-L1 expression vector pUNO1-mCD274 was purchased from Invivogen. Pre-microRNAs miR-200c and negative control (scrambled oligos) (Life Technologies) were reverse transfected into cells with Lipofectamine 2000 (Life Technologies) at a final concentration of 50 nM.
