The lipase catalyst was dried at 50 °C under 2.0 mmHg for 20 h prior to use. Plasmid DNA (pGL4.13) encoding the firefly luciferase (pLuc) and Luciferase Assay Buffer were obtained from Promega Co. (Madison, WI). GFP reporter gene pSicoR-GFP (pGFP) was obtained from Addgene.
