Protein Fractionation and Immunoblotting

The antibodies were validated by examining the molecular weight of target proteins. In addition, anti-Abi1 was validated by using Abi1 KD cells. Finally, vendors have provided datasheet to show that antibodies were validated by positive controls. For protein phosphorylation experiments, cells were treated with 10 ng/mL PDGF for 10 min followed by immunoblot analysis (see below).
