Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cell Lines

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The HCC cell lines including HepG2, Huh‐7, HCCLM3, SNU449, SNU475, HepaRG and human normal hepatic cell line HL‐7702 were gained from BeNa Culture Collection (Beijing, China). HepG2, Huh‐7 and HCCLM3 cell lines were maintained in high‐glucose DMEM medium (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA, USA) with 10% foetal bovine serum (FBS, Invitrogen, CA, USA). HL‐7702, SNU449, SNU475 and HepaRG cells were cultured in RPMI‐1640 medium (GIBCO, Carlsbad, CA, USA) with 10% FBS (Invitrogen).

Culturing HepG2 and SNU475 Cell Lines

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
HepG2, a human hepatoblastoma cell line, and SNU475, a hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cell line, were obtained from the American Type Culture Collection (Rockville, MD, USA) and Korean Cell Line Bank (Seoul, South Korea), respectively. The HepG2 and SNU475 cells were cultured in Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium (Gibco, Rockville, MD, USA) and RPMI (Gibco) media supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (Gibco), respectively.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
