Procartaplex multiplex assay kit

Manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific
Sourced in United States

The ProcartaPlex multiplex assay kit is a laboratory tool designed for the simultaneous detection and quantification of multiple analytes in a single sample. The kit utilizes a bead-based technology to enable the measurement of various biomolecules, such as proteins, cytokines, or other targets, in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

Cytokine Profiling in Facial Allotransplants

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Spleen, LNs near OMC allografts, and facial OMC allografts were harvested on PODs 10–14 in buffer and IL-10 modRNA-treated face allotransplanted mice (single 10 μg dose of IL-10 modRNA on POD 3) without any immunosuppressive drugs. 100 mg of tissue samples were incubated with RIPA buffer and then shredded for ultrasonication. Shredded tissues were centrifugated at 16,000 × g for 10 min. Collected supernatants were analyzed for various cytokine measurements such as IL-12, IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-17, IL-4, and IL-10 using a ProcartaPlex multiplex assay kit on a Luminex instrument platform (Thermo Fisher Scientific). The ProcartaPlex multiplex assay analyzes cytokine measurements similar to the conventional ELISA assay but with greater efficiency and a little sample.

Cytokine Profiling in Nerve Regeneration

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Blood serum, LNs, and anastomosed sciatic nerves of the buffer and hWJ-MSC groups were harvested on POD7 and 15. RIPA buffer was added to the shredded tissues, such as sciatic nerves (100 mg) and nearby LNs, for ultrasonication, followed by centrifugation at 16,000× g for 10 min. The supernatants were collected for the measurement of cytokines, such as TNF-α, IL1β, IL-2, IFN-γ, IL17A, IL-4, and IL-10 using a ProcartaPlex multiplex assay kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA) on a Luminex instrument platform.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
