Quantification of Anti-Chromatin and Anti-dsDNA

Anti-chromatin and anti-dsDNA were measured by ELISA using sonicated chicken chromatin and calf thymus dsDNA, respectively. Serum samples were tested at a 1:250 dilution followed by incubation with alkaline phosphatase-labeled goat anti-mouse IgG (1:1000 dilution) (Southern Biotechnology), and development with p-nitrophenylphosphate substrate (Sigma-Aldrich).
