Milli-Q water (>18.0 MΩ cm) was purified with a Sartorius Arium® 611 UV ultrapure water system. All reagents were used without further purification.

Ph Eur) and ammonia (ACS, Reag. Ph Eur) was from EMSURE®; dimethylformamide (HPLC grade) was obtained from Fisher Scientific; nitrogen (N2; ALPHAGAZ 1; 99.999 %) and carbon dioxide (CO2; ALPHAGAZ 1; 99.99 %) were purchased from Singapore Oxygen Air Liquide Pte Ltd. All chemicals were applied without further purification. Milli-Q water (> 18.0 MΩ. cm) was purified with a Sartorius Arium® 611 UV ultrapure water system.
