Anti-GAPDH antibody was purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology. Anti-EEA1 and Anti-Rac1 antibodies were purchased from BD Biosciences. Anti-M6PR antibodies were purchased from Thermo Fisher Scientific. Anti-ARHGEF7 antibody was prepared by immunizing rabbits with C-terminal fragments. Dynamin inhibitor Dynasore, PI3K inhibitor LY294002, and SFK inhibitor Dasatinib were purchased from Abcam. ROCK inhibitor Y27632 was purchased from Cayman chemical. RAC1 inhibitor was purchased from Merk. MET inhibitors, AMG337 and Crizotinib, were purchased from Selleck Chemicals.

Anti-HDAC6, c-myc, AKT, pAKT, ERK1/2 and pERK antibodies were purchased from Cell Signaling Technology (CST). Anti-FLAG was from SIGMA.
Anti-actin was purchased from Zen BioScience (Chengdu). Anti-tubulin antibody was made in our lab. Vorinostat (SAHA) was obtained as a gift from Dr. MingYao Liu in East China Normal University and was also purchased from Selleckchem. since TSA is not mentioned in the text. K-ras(G12C) inhibitor 12 was purchased from Selleckchem. PI3K inhibitor LY294002 was from Abcam.

Anti-MHC (MF20) and α-tubulin antibodies were obtained from the Developmental Studies Hybridoma Bank and Sigma, respectively. Anti-PTEN, phospho-AKT (S473), AKT and ubiquitin antibodies were purchased from Cell Signaling Technology. Anti-IGFBP-3 antibody was purchased from Santa Curz Biotechnology. All secondary antibodies for immunostaining and western blot were from Jackson Laboratory and Thermo Fisher Scientific, respectively. Recombinant human IGFBP-3 and IGF-1 proteins were obtained from R&D Systems.
