Click it edu microplate assay kit

Manufactured by RiboBio
Sourced in Japan, China

The Click-iT® EdU Microplate Assay Kit is a fluorescence-based product used to measure cell proliferation. It detects the incorporation of the thymidine analog EdU (5-ethynyl-2'-deoxyuridine) into newly synthesized DNA during cell division.

Cell Proliferation, Wound Healing, and Invasion Assays

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Cell proliferation was assayed with CCK-8 (Dojin Laboratories, Tokyo, Japan) and Click-iT® EdU Microplate Assay Kit (Ribobio, Guangzhou, China), according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Wounds were generated with 10 μL pipette tips. Matrigel invasion assay was performed as described previously [62 (link)]. See supplementary material for details.

Cell Proliferation Quantification via EdU

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Cell proliferation was detected with Click-iT®EdU Microplate Assay Kit (C10310-3, Ribobio, Beijing, China). Cells were planted in 24 well plate (1×105 cells/well). EdU (50¼M, 300¼L) which is modified by fluorescence was added into wells and incubated in chamber for 3 hours as the protocol indicates. After EdU staining, cells were counterstained with DAPI. EdU-positive cells was imaged randomly by fluorescence microscope FSX100 (Olympas, Japan) and the ratio of positive ones was counted.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
