NOD.CD45.2 is a mouse strain with the CD45.2 allele on the non-obese diabetic (NOD) genetic background. The CD45 protein is a receptor-like protein tyrosine phosphatase that is expressed on the surface of most hematopoietic cells and plays a role in regulating cellular signaling.
