Oxylipin and Endocannabinoid Profiling

Most native and deuterated standards for analysis of oxylipins, endocannabinoids, and endocannabinoid-related lipids, including 12-[[(cyclohexylamino)carbonyl]amino]-dodecanoic acid (CUDA) used for recovery calculation purposes, were obtained from Cayman Chemical (Ann Arbor, MI, USA). Lipidomics Analysis: Detailed Protocols

One milliliter, 96-well plates were purchased from Eppendorf (Hamburg, Germany). 96-well 0.2-micron PVDF filter plates were obtained from Agilent (Santa Clara, CA, USA). 12-[[(cyclo-hexylamino) carbonyl]amino]-dodecanoic acid (CUDA) was purchased from Cayman Chemicals (Ann Arbor, MI, USA). Urine and saliva were provided by Dr. Peter Belafsky with appropriate IRB approval (#708419).
