Mouse GM-CSF and IL-4 were purchased from the PeproTech, Inc., Rocky Hill, NJ, USA; Roswell Park Memorial Institute (RPMI) 1640 medium, fetal bovine serum, and Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium were purchased from the Gibco-BRL, Invitrogen Life Technologies, Carlsbad, CA, USA; Mouse IL-4 and IFN-γ enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kits were purchased from the Shanghai JITAI Biotechnology Company, China; FITC-H-2K d and PE-H-2K b (FITC is fluorescein isothiocyanate and PE is phycoerythrin) were purchased from the BD Pharmingen, San Diego, CA, USA; FITC-labeled anti-mouse CD11c antibody, FITC-IA/IE antibody, PE-labeled CCR7, CD80, and CD86 antibodies and the corresponding isotype control antibodies were purchased from the eBioscience San Diego, CA, USA; Exodus-2 (CCL21) antibody was also bought from the PeproTech, Inc.
