Local UV Laser Micro-irradiation of HeLa Cells

HeLa cells were seeded on 15 mm diameter glass-bottom plates (NEST, Wuxi, China) and presensitized with 10 μM Brdu (Roche, Basel, Switzerland) in phenol red-free medium (Invitrogen, USA) for 24 h at 37°C.
