Mouse rat igf 1 elisa kit
The Mouse/Rat IGF-1 ELISA Kit is a quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay designed for the accurate measurement of insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) in mouse and rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. The kit utilizes a specific antibody coated on a 96-well plate and a horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated detection antibody to quantify the target analyte.

IGF1 concentrations in plasma were determined with a Mouse/Rat IGF-1 ELISA kit (80-INSMSU-E01, ALPCO, Eurobio, Les Ulis, France) and leptin levels with a Mouse Leptin ELISA kit (EZML-82K, Merck Millipore, Molsheim, France) following the manufacturers' instruction manuals. IGF1 and leptin were assayed serially in both 3-and 12-month-old mice. Prolactin concentrations in plasma were determined by ultrasensitive ELISA assay as described previously (Guillou et al. 2015) (link).
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
