Then, the cells were incubated with primary antibody experimenters used before,35 (link) rabbit anti-SIRT-1 diluted 1:10 (Santa Cruz Biotechnology) and mouse anti-PARP-1 diluted 1:10 (Enzo Life Sciences, Farmingdale NY) overnight at 4°C and incubated with fluorescence conjugated secondary antibodies (Beyotime, China) counterstained with DAPI next day. Images were analyzed under a fluorescence-inverted microscope.
