Antibodies to pRSK90 (#AF889) and RSK90 (#AF992) were obtained from R&D Systems. The antibody to β-actin (ab49900) was purchased from Abcam. Antibodies to β-tubulin (556321) and e-cadherin (610182) were obtained from BD Biosciences. For some experiments nuclear and cytosol fractions were isolated using a nuclear/cytosol fractionation kit (BioVision Incorporated, # K266-100) according to the manufacturer’s instructions, except that Triton X-100 was added to the nuclear extraction buffer at a final concentration of 1%. Protein concentration was determined using the DC Protein Assay Kit (Bio-Rad Laboratories, # 500-0111).
