Male BALB/c mice weighing 25 to 30 g were purchased from the Wuhan Institute of Biological Products Co Ltd. (Wuhan, China). All animals were housed in a specific pathogen-free room at 25 °C under a 12-h light-dark cycle and received food and water ad libitum. Acetonitrile, methanol, and formic acid were all of HPLC grade and were purchased from Merck, Germany. Ultrapure water was prepared by a Milli-Q system (Millipore, Bedford, USA).
