Rna extraction reagent kits dp441

Manufactured by Tiangen Biotech
Sourced in China

The RNA extraction reagent kits DP441 are designed for the efficient extraction and purification of total RNA from a variety of biological samples. The kits utilize a guanidinium thiocyanate-phenol-chloroform extraction method to isolate high-quality RNA that is suitable for downstream applications such as RT-PCR, Northern blotting, and microarray analysis.

Cloning of C. nitidissima Genes

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
RNA extraction was performed using RNA extraction reagent kits DP441 (TIANGEN, Beijing, China), and the cDNA library of C. nitidissima was built using a PrimeScript RT Master MIX (Takara, Dalian, China). According to transcriptome sequencing data, primer premier 5 was used for primer design, and the full-length coding sequences (CDS) of genes were amplified from the cDNA library and cloned into pMD19-T vectors (Takara, Dalian, China). The recombinant vector was transferred into DH5α competent cells of Escherichia coli (Takara, Dalian, China), and positive clones were confirmed by sequencing. Primers for gene cloning are listed in Supplementary Table S1.

Comparative qRT-PCR Analysis of C. nitidissima and N. tabacum

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The total RNA from the leaves of C. nitidissima and N. tabacum was extracted using RNA extraction reagent kits DP441 (TIANGEN, Beijing, China). The total RNA was reverse transcribed to cDNA using a PrimeScript RT Master Mix (Takara, Dalian, China). qRT-PCR analyses were conducted as previously described [35 (link)], and the 2−ΔΔCT method was used for quantitative analysis. The sequences of the primers used for qRT-PCR are depicted in Supplementary Table S4.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
