Collagen-Induced Arthritis Treatment Evaluation

Ten-week-old male DBA1 mice (Charles River) were immunized to induce CIA as previously described [23 (link)]. Mice were treated intraperitoneally with CEP-701 (20 mg/kg, LC laboratories) or vehicle solution every 12 h for 15 consecutive days. LNs and paws were collected for further examination.
