Tween 20

Superparamagnetic iron oxide (SPIO) nanoparticles functionalized by amino group were kindly provided by Jun-Jie Zhu’s group (State Key Laboratory of Analytical Chemistry for Life Science of Nanjing University). 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC⋅HCl) and N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (USA). Bovine serum albumin (BSA) was obtained from Solarbio (China). Tween-20 was bought from Biosharp (Korea) and gelatin was purchased from Tianjin Kemiou Chemical Reagent Company. CCK-8 kit was purchased from Dojindo Laboratories. Specific mAb G250 was purchased from Sino Biological Inc. Nonspecific IgG mAb was purchased from Biogot Biotechnology CO, Ltd. All aqueous solutions were prepared in ultrapure water (≥18 MΩ, Milli-Q, Millipore).

The following chemicals were used: acetaldehyde (99.5%; Aladdin, shanghai, China); dimethyl disulfide (>98%; TIC Corporation Limited, shanghai, Japan); ethylbenzene (99.5%; Macklin, shanghai, China); 2-butanone (99.0%; Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Company, shanghai, China); and Tween 20 (Biosharp, shanghai, China).

Each of the chemical reagents and the HP‐20 micro resin were of analytical grade and purchased from Sinopharm (Shanghai, China). Glycine, bovine insulin, sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium salt (SDS), glycerine, tween‐20, ammonium persulfate and skimmed milk powder and dimethyl sulfoxide were purchased from BioSharp (Hefei, Anhui, China). Trypsogen, acrylamide, Tris‐base and tetramethyl ethylene diamine were purchased from Sigma (St. Louis, MO, USA). Glucose and a glycogen assay kit were purchased from Jiancheng (Nanjing, Jiangsu, China). Protein lysis buffer and the molecular weight marker were obtained from Thermo Fisher Scientific (Waltham, MA, USA). All of the antibodies were purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology (Santa Cruz, CA, USA).
