Type I collagen, the FITC mouse anti human CD44 (clone G44-26) and PE mouse anti human CD24 (clone ML5) antibodies were from BD Bioscience (San Jose, CA, USA). CD133 and CD20 antibodies were from Abcam. Anti mouse Alexa 488 antibody was from Molecular Probes. The Rho activator was from Cytoskeleton. Magnetic Dynabeads CD31 for endothelial cell separation was obtained from Invitrogen.
