Recombinant human IL‐37b/IL‐1F7b protein (7585‐IL‐025/CF), recombinant murine RANKL (462‐TEC‐010/CF), and macrophage colony stimulating factor (M‐CSF; 416‐ML‐010) were from R&D Systems (Minneapolis, MN).
