Quick coat solution

Human retinal microvascular ECs (HRMECs) (Angio-Proteomie, Boston, MA, USA) were cultured in endothelial growth medium (EGM) (Angio-Proteomie, USA) containing 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS), recombinant growth factors, and 1× penicillin and streptomycin. Cells were grown on Quick Coat Solution (Angio-Proteomie, USA) coated plates and maintained in humidified 5% CO₂ /95% air at 37 °C.

Primary HRECs (Angio-Proteomie, Boston, MA, USA) were cultured in endothelial growth medium-2^TM (EGM-2^TM) (Angio-Proteomie, USA) containing 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS), recombinant growth factors, and 1× penicillin and streptomycin (P/S). Cells were grown on Quick Coat Solution (Angio-Proteomie, USA) coated plates and maintained in humidified 5% CO₂/95% air at 37 °C. Freestyle Human Embryonic Kidney 293 cells (HEK293F) (Life Technologies, Carlsbad, CA, USA) were maintained in Freestyle 293F Expression Medium (Life Technologies, Carlsbad, CA, USA)on an orbital shaker (130 rpm) in humidified 5% CO₂/95% air at 37 °C.
