Antibodies against mouse cd3

Manufactured by BioLegend

Antibodies against mouse CD3 are a widely used tool in immunology research. They recognize the CD3 protein complex, which is essential for T cell activation and signaling. These antibodies can be used to study T cell function, development, and activation in mouse models.

Flow Cytometric Detection of CHIKV Antigen

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Detection of CHIKV Ag was carried out in a two-step indirect intracellular labeling process (Her et al, 2010 (link); Teng et al, 2012 (link)). Data were acquired in BD FACSCanto™ II (BD Bioscience) using BD FACSDiva™ software. Dead cells and duplets were excluded in all analysis with FSC/SSC gating. Results were analyzed with FlowJo version 7.5 software (Tree Star, Inc). Antibodies against CHIKV Ag were purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology. Antibodies against mouse CD45 (cat# 557659) and CD8 (cat# 553035) were purchased from BD Bioscience. Antibodies against mouse CD11b (cat# 12-0112-82) was purchased from eBioscience. Antibodies against mouse CD3 (cat# 100200), CD4 (cat# 100531) and Ly6G (cat# 127612) were purchased from Biolegend. Mouse CD4-depleting antibody (cat# BE0003-1) and rat IgG2b isotype control (cat# BE0090) were purchased from Bio X cell.

Flow Cytometry Analysis of Immune Cells

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
For cytometric flow analysis, cells were prepared in single-cell suspensions. Antibodies against mouse CD3, CD4, CD115, IFN-γ, IL-17a, Foxp3, and isotype were obtained from BioLegend. Results were obtained on a Becton Dickinson (BD) fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) Fortessa flow cytometer and analyzed using FlowJo.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
