Smm 293 ti
The SMM 293-TI is a cell line developed by Sino Biological for use in recombinant protein expression. It is derived from human embryonic kidney (HEK) 293 cells and is engineered to express the SV40 large T antigen, which enables it to be used for transient transfection experiments.

HeLa and HEK293T cells were cultured in DMEM (Gibco) supplemented with 1% penicillinstreptomycin (Gibco) and 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS, Gibco) in a humidified incubator at 37 °C with 5% CO 2 . Human Jurkat T cells were cultured in RPMI-1640 medium supplemented with 2 mM GlutaMAX (Gibco), 15% FBS, 10 mM HEPES (Gibco), 1 mM Sodium Pyruvate (Gibco), 1% MEM Non-Essential Amino Acids Solution (100×, Gibco), and 1% penicillinstreptavidin at 37 °C and 5% CO 2 .
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
