Thermoplastic polyurethane tpu

Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) was purchased from ARKEMA (Kynar®, King of Prussia, PA, USA), Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) was ordered from (BASF Co., Ltd., Berlin, Germany) with 107,020 g mol⁻¹ molecular weight and Polydispersity Index (PDI) of 1.83. Certain concentrations of the polymers were dispersed in dimethylformamide (DMF 98%) from (Sigma Aldrich, Taufkirchen, Germany).

Boron nitride (BN) powders with an average diameter of 3 μm were obtained from 3 M Technical Ceramics (USA). Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) was provided by BASF Co., Ltd. (China) and polyethylene glycol (AR, M_w = 10,000) was purchased from Shanghai Titan Scientific Co. Ltd (China). N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF, AR), tetrahydrofuran (THF, AR), dichloro-methane and isopropanol (AR) were obtained from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (China). All the chemical reagents were used as received. Deionized (DI) water was prepared in the laboratory.

EGaIn liquid metal (≥99.99%), which is composed of 75.5 wt% gallium and 24.5 wt% indium, is from Hunan Zhongcai Shengte New Material Co., Ltd. Layered ternary carbide Ti₃AlC₂ powder (MAX phase, 200 mesh) was provided by Jilin eleven technology company. 3M Tegaderm from 3M Medical Devices Co., Ltd. Polyimide (PI) tape from Shanghai Mingshen Electronic Technology Development Co., Ltd. Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) comes from BASF, Germany. Cubic single-crystal sucrose particles are from Domino Foods and are used as sacrificial templates. Lithium fluoride (LiF, AR, 98%), concentrated hydrochloric acid (36–38%), anhydrous ethanol, N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) and tetrahydrofuran (THF) were provided by Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. Deionized water was used in all the experiments.
