Bmpr 2 antibody
The BMPR-II antibody is a laboratory tool used to detect the presence and expression levels of the Bone Morphogenetic Protein Receptor Type II (BMPR-II) protein. BMPR-II is a transmembrane serine/threonine kinase receptor that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes. This antibody can be utilized in techniques such as Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence to analyze BMPR-II protein expression and distribution in biological samples.

Stock solutions of rhBMP4 at 50 µg/ml were made in 4 mM HCl containing 0.1% BSA. Stock solutions 30 mM of CPA and 5 mM nifedipine were made in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and 200 mM of MnCl2 was dissolvd in deionized water. Fura-2 AM was prepared as a 2.5 mM stock solution in DMSO containing 20% pluronic F-127 (Invitrogen).
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
