Then, horse radish peroxidase (HRP)‐conjugated secondary antibodies were incubated according to the manufacturer's instructions. The resultant signal was detected by chemiluminescence using the Immobilon Western Chemiluminescent HRP substrate (Merck Millipore, Billerica, MA, USA).
