IL-18 Signaling Pathway Regulation

All cell culture materials, including Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM), fetal bovine serum (FBS), trypsin, antibiotics penicillin-streptomycin (10,000 U/mL), and Lipofectamine 2000 were obtained from Invitrogen (Carlsbad, CA, USA). IL-17 recombinant protein was purchased from PeproTech (Rocky Hill, NJ, USA). Small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) specific for IL-18, MEK, and ERK were purchased from Dharmacon™ (Lafayette, CO, USA). The microRNA mimic specific for miR-4492 was purchased from Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. (Waltham, MA, USA).
