Anti cd13 pe

Manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific

Anti-CD13-PE is a fluorescent-labeled antibody that binds to the CD13 antigen on the surface of cells. CD13 is a cell surface metalloprotease enzyme expressed on myeloid cells, including monocytes, granulocytes, and their progenitors. This antibody can be used for the identification and enumeration of CD13-positive cells in flow cytometry applications.

Mesenchymal Stem Cell Phenotyping

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
MSC phenotype was assessed at passage 2 (p2) using the following monoclonal antibodies: anti-CD73-FITC (eBioscience®); anti-CD34-FITC (BD Biosciences®, BD); anti-CD45-PE (BD®); anti-CD90-PerCP-Cy5.5 (eBioscience®); anti-CD13-PE (eBioscience®); anti-CD11b -FITC (BD®) anti-CD44-APC and anti-HLA-DR-FITC (BD®). Staining of at least 50,000 cells was performed at 4°C for 15 min in the dark in presence of 1% human serum to avoid unspecific binding. Samples were acquired with a Gallios flow cytometer (Beckman Coulter®) and analyses were performed using FlowJo Software (BD®).

Flow Cytometric Analysis of Cell Markers

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The following antibodies were used for flow cytometric analysis of cells: anti-CD24-FITC, anti-CD44-FITC, anti-CD90-FITC, anti-CD133-PE, anti-MDR1-PE, anti-EpCAM-PE, anti-CD13-PE (all from eBioscience, San Diego, CA) and anti-CDCP1-FITC and anti-ABCG2-PE (both from BioLegend, San Diego, CA). Cells were incubated with the indicated antibodies for 60 min and were then washed twice with PBS containing 2% FCS. Flow cytometric analysis was performed using a FACS-Calibur (BD Immunocytometry Systems, Franklin Lakes, NJ).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
