ELISA was used to measure inflammatory cytokines in serum or cell supernatants. After the rats were euthanized, blood samples (2 ml) were collected in tubes without EDTA to obtain the serum. The supernatant was obtained after centrifugation at 1800 x g for 10 min at room temperature.
