(Guangzhou, China). Bovine serum albumin, Tris-HCl buffer, SDS, tetramethylethylenediamine were obtained from Sigma Chemical Co. (St. Louis, MO, USA) RIPA lysis buffer, acrylamide/bis-acrylamide mix, ladder protein, were purchased from Thermo Fisher Scientific Co. (Shanghai, China). Purified ACE Inhibitory Peptide Fractionation
