Purification and Characterization of Peanut Allergenic Protein
Peanuts were purchased from a local store in Rourkela, and the PNA was purified using a previously described protocol [27] . The PNA purification was established using SDS-PAGE, where a single band of M wt 27.5 KDa was observed. The concentration of purified protein was calculated by taking specific absorbance at 280 nm (A 1%, 1cm ) of 7.7 [21] . All the other reagents used were of analytical grade. All the buffers and solutions were prepared in MilliQ water, and they were filtered through a 0.45 µm syringe filter before measurements. The molar concentration of ANS was determined spectrophotometrically by an extinction coefficient of 7800 M -1 cm -1 at 372 nm [28] . All the experiments were performed in 10 mM phosphate buffer (pH 7.4) at 25 °C.

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
