Automated cbc analyzers

Manufactured by Sysmex

Automated CBC analyzers are laboratory instruments used to perform complete blood count (CBC) analysis. They are designed to measure and analyze various parameters of a blood sample, including red blood cell count, white blood cell count, platelet count, and hemoglobin concentration, among other factors. These analyzers automate the process of blood cell counting and classification, providing consistent and reliable results for clinical decision-making.

A day after conducting the experiment, blood samples were taken from heart under Anastasia, the serum was separated through centrifugation at 3000 rpm and frozen until used. The number of the platelets, lymphocytes and RBCs were counted and blood factors including Hematocrit, Hemoglobin, MCHC and RDWCV were measured by Sysmex automated CBC analyzers.

Hematological Analysis of Mouse Blood

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The blood samples were obtained by sacrificing the mice at the end of the experiment. Approximately 1 ml of blood from the syringe was collected for hematological tests in the test tube containing anticoagulant Ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA). The remaining amount of syringe blood has been used to obtain the serum. The below hematological variables were tested using Sysmex automated CBC analyzers: Total erythrocyte count (TEC), Hemoglobin (Hb) percentage (%), and Total leukocyte count (TLC).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
