Graphite (1000 M) was purchased from the Qingdao Jinhui Graphite Co., Ltd. Nickel nitrate (Ni(NO3)2•6H2O), aluminum nitrate (Al(NO3)2•6H2O), urea, sodium nitrate (NaNO3), nitric acid (HNO3), hydrochloric acid (HCl), formamide, sodium thiosulfate pentahydrate (Na2S2O3•5H2O) were purchased from the Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. All reagents are of analytical purity.
