The following antibodies were used for immunoblot and immuno-staining analysis: mouse anti-1D4 (MacKenzie et al., 1984 (link)); rabbit anti-6xMyc (JH6204); rabbit anti-Reck (Cell Signaling 3433); rat anti-alpha tubulin (Invitrogen MA1-80017); and AP-conjugated horse anti-mouse IgG antibody (Vector Laboratories AP-2000). Fluorescent secondary antibodies for immunoblotting were from Li-Cor.
Rabbit anti reck
Rabbit anti-Reck is a primary antibody product that targets the Reck (reversion-inducing cysteine-rich protein with Kazal motifs) protein. Reck is a membrane-anchored glycoprotein that acts as a negative regulator of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), which are enzymes involved in the breakdown of the extracellular matrix. The Rabbit anti-Reck antibody can be used to detect and study the Reck protein in various experimental applications.

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
