The sephacryl S-200 and diethylaminoethylcellulose-52 (DEAE-52) were obtained from Whatman International, Ltd. (Kent, UK). Ethanol, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phenol, ethyl ether and other reagents were purchased from the Nanjing Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (Nanjing, China). All of the chemicals reagents and chemicals were of analytical grade.
