Stomach wall tissues were homogenized using Stomacher® 400 and Stomacher 80 bags (dimensions: 101 × 152 mm with filter) purchased from Seward limited company (West Sussex, UK).

Analytical Method for Opioid Compounds

All water used was provided by a MilliQ A10 purification system (Merck, Darmstadt, Germany). Stock and working solutions were prepared as described previously [11 (link)].

Quantification of Drug Concentrations
