Immunofluorescence Staining of Cell Markers

Frozen tissue samples or plated cells were fixed for 20 min with 35% methanol/65% acetone on ice. The samples were rehydrated with ice-cold PBS, permeabilized, blocked with 5% goat serum and 0.3% Triton X-100, then incubated with primary antibodies, CD177 (Clone 4C4, Sigma Aldrich), β-Catenin (H-102; Santa Cruz Biotechnology), or E-Cadherin (DECMA-1; Santa Cruz Biotechnology) overnight.
