Immunofluorescence assays were performed as previously reported (45 (link)). The following antibodies were used for immunofluorescence staining: anti-NONO (#611279, 1:500) from BD Transduction Laboratories; anti-SFPQ (#A301-320A, 1:200) from Bethyl Laboratories, Inc.; anti-phospho H2AX S139 (#ab11174, 1:1000) from Abcam.

Western blot and detection were performed as previously described (45 (link)).
