Orai1 rabbit anti mouse antibody

Manufactured by Abcam
Sourced in United States

Orai1 rabbit anti-mouse antibody is a primary antibody that specifically recognizes the Orai1 protein in mouse samples. Orai1 is a calcium release-activated calcium (CRAC) channel protein that plays a crucial role in calcium signaling and homeostasis. This antibody can be used for various applications such as Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence to detect and study the Orai1 protein in mouse biological samples.

Orai1 Expression in Platelets

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Orai1 surface expression was analyzed in platelets by flow cytometry. Washed platelets were incubated for 60 min (37 o C) with Orai1 rabbit anti-mouse antibody (Abcam), washed once in Tyrode buffer, and stained in 1:250 diluted CF TM 488A-labelled anti-rabbit secondary antibody (Sigma-Aldrich) for 30 min (37 o C). Samples were immediately analyzed on a FACS Calibur flow cytometer (BD Biosciences).

Orai1 Surface Expression in Platelets

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Orai1 surface expression was analyzed in platelets by flow cytometry. Washed platelets were incubated with 2 µg/ml CRP without BSA, and subsequently fixed with 1% paraformaldehyde for 30 minutes on ice. After rinsing three times, platelets were incubated for 90 minutes with Orai1 rabbit anti-mouse antibody (Abcam), washed once in Tyrode buffer, and stained in 1:250 diluted CF™ 488A-labeled anti-rabbit secondary antibody (Sigma, USA) for 60 minutes. Samples were immediately analyzed on a FACS Calibur flow cytometer (BD Biosciences).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
