The nitrocellulose membrane (Millipore 135) was cut to 25 mm wide and 100 mm long and then pasted to the middle of the PVC substrate. Goat anti-mouse IgG (1 mg/mL) or goat anti-rabbit IgG (1 mg/mL) was dispensed onto the control area to prepare the control line, and RAC-BSA (1 mg/mL) or SAL-BSA (0.05 mg/mL) was dispensed onto the detection area to prepare the test line. After 3 hours of drying at 37 °C in an electric blast drying oven, the samples were removed and placed into a sealed plastic bucket.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
