A MAGNETOM Trio Tim 3.0 T scanner (Siemens Medical Solutions, Germany) with a 12-channel birdcage head coil located at the Shanxi Provincial People’s Hospital was used to acquire rs-fMRI. rs-fMRI was performed using an echo planar imaging (EPI) sequence with the following parameters: TR = 2000 ms, TE = 30 ms, flip angle = 70°, FOV = 24 × 24 cm, matrix = 64 × 64, slice gap = 2 mm, slice thickness = 2 mm, 6 min acquisition. During the resting functional scan, participants were instructed to keep their eyes closed and let their minds wander and not to fall asleep; all participants reported that they did not fall asleep.

Multimodal Neuroimaging of Healthy Brains

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
A Siemens Magnetom Trio Tim 3.0T scanner was used. T1-weighted images of the whole brain were acquired for each subject with a SPGR sequence with the following parameters: TE/TR: 2.52/1900 ms; Field of view: 250 mm; Flip angle: 9°; In-plane resolution: 256 × 256 voxels; Slice thickness/gap: 1/0 mm; Slices: 176. A resting state scan was acquired with a Multi band acceleration factor of 4, TE/TR of 30/1400 ms and flip angle of 65°, in-plane resolution of 112 × 112, field of view of 22.4 × 22.4 cm, and 64 slices in the axial direction with slice thickness/gap of 3.0/0 mm.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
