The following were used to composite SBF: sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, potassium chloride, potassium phosphate, potassium phosphate dibasic trihydrate, magnesium dichloride dihydrate, hydrogen chloride, calcium chloride, sodium sulfate and Tris buffer solution. For the preparation of artificial saliva, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride, sodium dihydrogen phosphate monohydrate, sodium sulfide nonahydrate and urea were used. All these reagents were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich.
